Position: Site Engineer (Drilling Fluids) – Thailand

About the Company

We are a multinational company specializing in drilling fluid solutions (polymers, bentonite, and additives) supporting foundation and geotechnical projects across Southeast Asia and Middle East. We provide both product supply and on-site technical support to optimize performance and cost efficiency for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

- Be site-based to support ongoing operations across multiple project sites within Bangkok area

- Monitor and ensure correct usage of polymer / bentonite at site

- Communicate closely with site team to guide proper mixing and application

- Track and report daily consumption, performance, and site conditions

- Identify issues (high consumption, poor performance) and take corrective action

- Provide basic technical support and training to site personnel

- Maintain regular communication with Regional Manager (online support)

- Support business development by maintaining good relationships with site teams and identifying opportunities

Key Requirements (IMPORTANT)

- Thai nationality, age 25–45

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)

- Experience in piling, foundation, HDD, or related construction site is required

- Basic knowledge of bentonite / drilling fluids is an advantage

- Able to work independently at site with minimal supervision

- Strong sense of responsibility, attendance, and discipline

- Responsive in communication (phone / WhatsApp / Line)

- Willing to travel and support multiple sites within Bangkok area

- Basic English communication (for reporting and coordination)

- Possess valid driving license

Preferred Profile

- Background in Geotechnical / Civil Engineering

- Experience handling drilling fluids or bored piling operations

- Familiar with site reporting and coordination with contractors

Working Location

- Site-based (Bangkok area – multiple project sites)

- Office: Silom, Bangkok

Monday – Friday
